Six disciplines that keep a tanker earning

We take full technical and ISM responsibility for oil tankers, and we are equipped for oil and chemical tanker management. Each discipline reports into the same monthly rhythm so owners see one coherent picture of the vessel.

01

Technical Management

Planned maintenance, machinery condition monitoring, spares and stores procurement, budget preparation and monthly reporting for every vessel under our care.

02

Safety and Quality with ISM Compliance

A safety management system built on the ISM Code and IMO instruments, kept alive through internal audits, drills, incident investigation and corrective action tracking.

03

Marine Operations

Voyage support, cargo operations for crude oil, tank cleaning and gas freeing guidance, navigational audits and port interface with terminals and agents.

04

Crew and Human Resources

Selection, appraisal and retention of tanker officers and ratings, matrix compliance, familiarisation and continuous competence development ashore and afloat.

05

Dry Docking and Repairs

Specification writing, yard selection, tendering and on site supervision, with cost and schedule control proven across more than sixty repair projects.

06

Vetting and Insurance Support

Preparation for oil major inspections, class and flag state surveys, plus close cooperation with insurers to keep claims exposure low.

How we work

One accountable centre, from planned maintenance to vetting

  • A single safety management system built on the ISM Code, IMO instruments, flag state rules and class guidance.
  • Consideration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in the way the system is written and reviewed.
  • Management to the standards required by oil majors such as Shell and BP.
  • A designated person ashore reachable at any hour by Master, owner or inspector.
  • Repair and dry docking work tendered, specified and supervised by our own superintendents.
  • Close cooperation with insurers, reflected in no protection and indemnity losses over the past five years.
Standard
Managed to the standards required by oil majors, on every vessel, on every voyage.
